In 2025, Zoke Crane marked a new milestone in its long-standing partnership with a valued Algerian client by delivering 10 sets of customized European-style double girder overhead cranes. This third collaboration over the span of five years reflects not only mutual trust, but also the power of deep technical understanding and tailored engineering solutions.

Project Background

Since 2019, the Algerian client has maintained a close working relationship with Zoke Crane, including multiple visits to our manufacturing base in China. These in-person interactions have laid the foundation for more than just business transactions — they have fostered a strategic partnership built on transparency, technical dialogue, and shared commitment to quality.

When the client approached us in early 2025 with a new requirement for both 20-ton and 5-ton European-style double girder cranes, it was clear that they needed equipment not only capable of handling substantial loads, but also tailored precisely to their workflow and facility layout.

Understanding the Customer's Needs

During the client's latest on-site visit, our project and technical teams engaged in intensive discussions and field evaluations. By thoroughly analyzing their operational processes and listening closely to their pain points, we gained critical insights into:

• The need for high-capacity cranes (20T and 5T) with superior load stability
• Integration into existing factory infrastructure
• Strict compliance with European standards
• A focus on long-term reliability and low maintenance requirements

Challenges & Engineering Strategy

One of the biggest challenges was balancing high performance with precise customization. The cranes had to operate in a demanding industrial setting, where safety, efficiency, and durability were non-negotiable. Additionally, coordinating the production of multiple models under a single order within a fixed timeline required seamless project management.

To address this, our engineering team proposed a modular design framework, allowing flexibility in production while maintaining uniform quality across all units. We also selected premium electrical components and applied advanced anti-sway control and frequency conversion systems to meet the customer's exacting safety and performance criteria.

Production Execution

From design to delivery, the production process was a showcase of Zoke Crane's integrated manufacturing capabilities. Highlights included:

• Rapid prototyping to validate structural configurations
• CNC machining and precision welding for enhanced strength and durability
• Multi-level quality inspections, including load testing and system calibration
• Efficient logistics coordination, ensuring timely delivery despite the complexity of mixed capacities

All 10 cranes were completed ahead of schedule, passing both internal factory tests and the client's final inspection without issue.
