In February this year, the project A inspection expert team composed of Iron and Steel Company, Industrial Products Co., Ltd., and Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. inspected the 160-ton metallurgical casting bridge crane products manufactured by our company. The quality control is strict, and the equipment is in operation. Passed the expert A inspection smoothly!
Experts from this project team checked the batch of crane self-inspection records, material reports and other materials, measured its trolley structure, bridge structure and assembly of large and small trolleys, and completed the no-load power-on test. After the actual operation, the equipment is in good condition, the product performance is excellent, and various energy consumption indicators have reached the domestic advanced level. The expert group highly affirmed our company's effectiveness in quality control, crane design and manufacturing process and excellent product quality.
In this A-inspection, the company's major project office organized relevant personnel such as the Technology Department, the Technical Department, the Quality Assurance Department, the Production Department and the Production Team to cooperate with the A-inspection and strictly control the details.
