The motor has the characteristics of good heat dissipation, long service life, and safety and reliability.
The reduction gear box body and cover are cast from gray iron HT200 with good anti-vibration performance; after aging treatment, it is processed and manufactured on a lathe by a special fixture. Gears and gear shafts are 40Cr die forged and formed by turning, quenching and tempering, and grinding. The hardness of heat treatment is 235 ~ 269HB.
The wheel set is made of 45 # steel die forging, after rough turning, quenching, tempering and finishing turning, the heat treatment hardness is 300 ~ 380HB, and the depth of the hardened layer is not less than 260HB at 15mm. The material of the wheel axle is 45 # steel, which is made after rough turning, quenching and tempering, and precision turning. The heat treatment hardness is 235 ~ 269HB.
