Crane Trolleys

The material of the main structural parts of the carriage is Q235-B. The plate is rolled and flattened, and the weldable primer is sprayed after shot blasting. The trolley frame uses a six-beam structure, consisting of two end beams, two longitudinal beams, and two beams. The end beam is a box beam welded by U-shaped grooves and steel plates. The longitudinal beams and cross beams are made of channel steel. They can also be tailor-welded box structures. The trolley has three legs caused by the rigidity problem. Under the rated load, its static deflection trolley S / 2000 (S is the gauge of the trolley) ensures sufficient strength and rigidity to ensure the smooth operation of the mechanism.

The lifting mechanism CD, MD or WH type A2 fixed high-quality wire rope electric hoist is used as the lifting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism drives the drum to rotate by the hoisting motor through the coupling through the hollow shaft of the reducer, so that the wire rope wound on the drum drives the hook device to rise or fall. The electric hoist is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a drum, a hook group, and a pulley group.

The trolley traveling mechanism includes the motor, reducer, wheel set, etc. The motor uses a YDE series solid rotor brake three-phase asynchronous motor. The motor has a "soft start" characteristic, and does not require an external rheostat or other additional devices. Directly energizing can achieve the ideal "soft start" effect. Its shock-free operation extends the service life of the motor and related mechanical transmission mechanisms. The starting current is small and it is suitable for frequent starting. The overload capacity is strong, and the motor will not be burned even if it is blocked for 5 minutes. During operation, there is no axial movement and no Carbon brush sliding contact point, low failure rate. The standard motor insulation level is B-level insulation, the protection level is IP44, and it can also be made into F, H-level insulation, IP54, IP55 protection level according to the working conditions. The motor has the characteristics of good heat dissipation, long service life, and safety and reliability.

The reduction gear box body and cover are cast from gray iron HT200 with good anti-vibration performance; after aging treatment, it is processed and manufactured on a lathe by a special fixture. Gears and gear shafts are 40Cr die forged and formed by turning, quenching and tempering, and grinding. The hardness of heat treatment is 235 ~ 269HB.

The wheel set is made of 45 # steel die forging, after rough turning, quenching, tempering and finishing turning, the heat treatment hardness is 300 ~ 380HB, and the depth of the hardened layer is not less than 260HB at 15mm. The material of the wheel axle is 45 # steel, which is made after rough turning, quenching and tempering, and precision turning. The heat treatment hardness is 235 ~ 269HB.
